Earning an undergraduate degree from Bard College and a Masters from the University of Birmingham in England, Jay Glazer started his journey to becoming a successful real estate salesperson in New York.
Born and raised in Greenwich Village, Jay always had a passion for Shakespeare and theater. Upon returning to New York, he chose to enter real estate after rediscovering his lifelong love of architecture and the city.

His clients include leaders in the technology and financial sectors, and some of the city’s most successful entrepreneurs.
THE PROOF IS IN
It didn’t take long for Jay to excel: at Warburg Realty, he won the 2011 Rookie of the Year award and 2012 Fast Track award, before being named as the #3 top producing agent company-wide in 2013. He was also featured in Crain’s New York “10 brokers under age 30,” which highlights fast risers in a marketplace increasingly infused with technology.
Jay recently represented a high-profile seller of a six-bedroom home at 415 Washington St, PHD which sold in record time above the asking price ($10.727M). He has also represented the sellers of apartments in both 239 & 271 Central Park West that sold for $14.3M & $16.9M respectively.

Licensed RE Salesperson
Originally from Portland, Maine, where she worked for four years as a REALTORⓇ servicing the coast of Southern Maine, Jessica has experience in traditional purchases and sales, investment properties, renovations, and new construction. Jessica deeply appreciated the Maine people grit, business, and culture.
To balance her endearment for her home state, Jessica decided to move to New York City where she could equally appreciate the grit, but in the metropolitan-epicenter-of-the-universe sort of way. Her favorite aspects of New York are the arts, diversity, and the hustle and bustle which we are all well acquainted with. For leisure you may find Jessica painting, skiing, surfing, or spending time at the park with her best bud (dog) Hank.
